| ABOUT WIZARD ELECTRICWizard Electric Co was started April 1, 1985 by 5 college buddies. In the beginning Wizard was primarily a residential electrical company with just a few employees. In 1987 Jim Reinkens, a Journeyman Electrician, came to work at Wizard and except for a 1 year absence, has been involved with the company for almost 30 years. In 1998 Marti Moore was recruited as office manager, taking charge of all human resources, money management and, overseeing administration projects.By the end of 1998 the managing partner of Wizard Electric decided to move out of state and turned the daily operations of the business over to Jim and Marti. Together after 5 years of successfully managing Wizard Electric they purchased the business. Under new ownership Wizard started exploring different areas of work, expanding into more commercial projects and assisted living centers. Eventually this has led Wizard Electric to larger projects, including mixed use projects. By choosing projects carefully and partnering with good General Contractors and Sub Contractors, Wizard Electric was built into a company that has a good, reliable reputation in the industry.In 2012 Wizard incorporated Rod Moore into the business. Rod brought with him experience in residential electrical contracting and high-end residential clientele. In addition Rod is a Kohler generator dealer, he provides and installs stand by generator systems. In 18 years of ownership Wizard Electric has grown from 5 employees to over 45. |  |
