I had Tim give me an estimate for installing a utility sink in my garage. I had no sink, hence there was no plumbing. In order for Tim to install the sink, he had to remove the water heater, then cut a hole into the drywall portion of the garage to access the drain in the utility room. There was certainly the unknow factor as to what was behind the drywall, so Tim gave me a quote with the understanding that there could be the variable. Tim’s helper was as professional as he was. To be honest, they worked extremely well together. Tim communicated well during the project which took nearly 4 hours. Tim also advised before hand that they did not do drywall. I told him that was not a problem as I could do the repair myself. Much to my complete pleasure, the drywall was removed in two clean cut pieces making the patch repair easy for me. The only snag (which wasn’t that much) was they had to reposition the 220 outlet box for the dryer as the new drain pipe from the garage had to…
