| Upon incorporation in 1999, Carter I/A began providing engineering services in the Power Industry. Our early projects included Y2K Testing and Validation, Boiler Combustion Control Tuning and Programming, Electrical Installation, and Construction Management. Since then, we have successfully transitioned our skills to Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation projects throughout a broad range of industries. Our UL 508A panel shop was established in 2003. |
Our staff has an established reputation for cost effective project performance and seamless transition-to-contract consulting assignments working alongside the staff of our clients. We maintain a C-10 Electrical Contractors License in the State of California.
