The system we created at Northwest Electric and Excavation Inc. is unique; our shop manager’s position is to facilitate resources and delegate between four independent electricians who have their customer base and take care of their scheduling. So when customers call Northwest Electric and Excavation Inc., they speak with one of the four electricians they usually see on site unless one of the electricians chooses to delegate the work responsibility to our general manager.
