Performance Electrical Contractors, Inc. is a full service union electrical contractor serving the greater Boston area.  We offer a highly skilled team of professionals that have a wide range of experience in the diversified electrical industry.

Performance Electrical Contractors, Inc. was founded in 2009 by Jeff Catalano and Gerry Smith.  Together Jeff and Gerry have over 50-years of collective experience in the electrical industry ranging from small retail jobs to large institutional projects.

We pride ourselves in delivering quality service that fulfills our clients specific requirements.  Our main objective is to perform at the highest level and strive to maintain our name in the electrical industry.

We work closely with our clients to provide them with quality workmanship and cost effective solutions that suit each projects budget and schedule.  We offer uncompromised customer service and aim to prove our commitment to client satisfaction.

Our knowledge and experience provide consistency and our company values ensure fairness and reliability.  We make great efforts to build relationships with our clients to promote a team-like experience to accomplish the desired project outcome.

We are affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union #103 which allows us to draw from the most trained and skilled electricians in the industry.  All of our licensed electricians have over 8,000 hours of field training.  We also employ apprentices from the Greater Boston Joint Apprentice Training Center to help teach them and advance them through to the journeyman, foreman and project manager levels.

Because our electricians are hired from the local union, they are consistently kept up-to-date with the latest technologies, newest safety regulations and modified electrical code information.

Performance Electrical Contractors, Inc. works hard to promote a safe work environment for all of its employees.  Our jobsite foreman conduct tool-box talks once a month and review our company safety manual with all new employees.  We also assess each project to ensure our employees are trained appropriately for any non-routine or potentially hazardous situations.  Job site safety helps us ensure job site success.
